Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp garlic powder
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise)
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Coating:

In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Chicken:

In another bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Dip each chicken piece into the butter mixture, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Bake the Chicken:

Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
Serve & Enjoy:

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of roasted veggies or a fresh salad.
