🦞 Garlic Butter Lobster & Scallops 🍋✨

This rich and indulgent dish features tender lobster tails and buttery seared scallops, drizzled with a luscious garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a special dinner or an elegant seafood feast!

🛒 Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
For the Seared Scallops:
10 large scallops, patted dry
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh thyme
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


👨‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Use kitchen scissors to cut down the top shell of the lobster tail, then pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Brush over the lobster meat.
2️⃣ Bake the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque and slightly firm. Baste with more butter halfway through.
3️⃣ Sear the Scallops

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops and sear for 2 minutes without moving them.
Flip, add butter and garlic, and cook for another 1-2 minutes, basting with butter.
Finish with lemon juice and thyme.
4️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in salt, black pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

Plate the lobster tails and seared scallops together.
Drizzle generously with garlic butter sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
