🍴 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your broiler to high.
Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
Gently pull the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell for presentation.
