Savor the Flavor of Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops Tonight!
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, peeled and deveined
12 scallops, cleaned
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:
Prep the Seafood: Start by peeling and deveining the lobster tails, cutting them lengthwise to really bring out that lovely meat. Don’t forget to pat both the lobster tails and scallops dry with a paper towel—it helps achieve that perfect sear.
Cook the Lobster and Scallops: In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until your kitchen smells heavenly. Add the lobster tails to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and tender. Set those aside for now. In the same skillet, sear the scallops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until you see that golden brown color. Remove and set them aside as well.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: If the skillet needs it, melt another tablespoon of butter. Stir in the paprika, cayenne pepper (if you’re feeling a bit adventurous), lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and let it simmer for about a minute to blend those beautiful flavors.
Combine and Serve: Return the lobster and scallops to the skillet. Gently toss them in the garlic butter sauce, allowing them to heat through for another minute or two.
Garnish and Enjoy: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve right away with those lovely lemon wedges on the side.
