Butter Poached Lobster Tails 🦞🧈
Ingredients:
• 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:
1️⃣ Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and carefully pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the tail. Season the lobster meat with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
2️⃣ In a large skillet over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add the heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
3️⃣ Add the lobster tails, meat side down, to the skillet. Spoon the butter sauce over the lobster and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip the tails and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and tender.
4️⃣ Remove the lobster tails from the skillet and drizzle them with the butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
5️⃣ Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of citrus flavor.
