Grilled Shrimp with Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce 🍤
Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Grill the Shrimp: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
