Sloppy Joe Garlic Toasts
A fun, flavorful twist on classic Sloppy Joes! Served on crispy garlic toast and topped with melty cheese, this easy meal is sure to be a hit—even with picky eaters.

Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• ¼ cup yellow onion, diced
• ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced
• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 8 oz tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 8 slices garlic toast (a.k.a. Texas toast, found in the frozen section)
• 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (any kind; sharp cheddar works great)

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onions, peppers, and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in the tomato paste, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Let simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bake the garlic toast according to the package instructions.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and gently press the center of each toast with a spoon to create a slight well.
- Spoon the sloppy joe mixture evenly onto each piece of toast, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
