Ingredients:
For the brownie layers:
- 1 1/2 cups of unsalted butter, divided
- 3 cups of granulated sugar, divided
- 6 large eggs, divided
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, divided
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, divided
- 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, divided
- 1 teaspoon of salt, divided
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder, divided
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans, divided
- 1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips, divided
For the ganache: - 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream, divided
- 3/4 cup of dark chocolate, chopped, divided

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Grease and flour three 23 cm (9-inch) round cake pans.
- Prepare the brownie layers:
- In a large bowl, melt 1/2 cup of butter and let it cool slightly. Add 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, and 2/3 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then mix well.
- In another bowl, sift together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, and 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and pour the batter into one of the prepared cake pans.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
- Repeat for the other layers:
- Repeat the above steps to make two more layers of brownies.
- Assemble the cake:
- Spread a layer of melted marshmallows over the first brownie layer.
- Place the second brownie layer on top and repeat with the melted marshmallows.
- Add the third brownie layer and top with the chocolate ganache.
- Prepare the ganache:
- Heat 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream in a small saucepan until it begins to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over 3/4 cup of chopped dark chocolate and let it sit for one minute. Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Let the ganache set:
- Allow the ganache to set before serving, and top with the remaining pecans and mini marshmallows for a finishing touch.
