Juicy Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak 🥩🧄
Perfectly seared, tender steak with a rich garlic butter glaze—quick, easy, and restaurant-quality in every bite!
Ingredients:
1 (10-12 oz) ribeye or sirloin steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Pat the steak dry and rub with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3️⃣ Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes (flipping halfway) for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.
4️⃣ While the steak cooks, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
5️⃣ Once done, let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then spread the garlic butter on top. Slice and serve hot!
