Creamy Stuffed Mushroom Dip 🍄
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Gently fold the sautéed mushrooms into the mixture.
- Pour the entire mixture into a baking dish and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve the dip warm with crackers or bread. Enjoy!
