Ingredients:

🔹 For the Lobster Tails:

2 lobster tails, split and butterflied
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
🔹 For the Creamy Crab Sauce:

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup chicken broth
½ cup lump crab meat
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
🔹 For the Mashed Potatoes (Optional):

2 large potatoes, boiled & mashed
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the butterflied lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2️⃣ Broil the Lobster: Bake for 10-12 minutes, basting with butter halfway through, until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

3️⃣ Make the Crab Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 3 minutes.

4️⃣ Add the Crab & Cheese: Gently fold in the lump crab meat and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy. Let simmer for another 2 minutes.

5️⃣ Prepare the Mashed Potatoes (Optional): Mash boiled potatoes with butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.

6️⃣ Assemble & Serve: Spread the crab sauce on a plate, top with mashed potatoes, and place the broiled lobster tails on top. Drizzle extra butter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately!
