Ultimate Stacked Cheeseburger ππ₯
Ingredients:

For the Patties:
2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Β½ tsp garlic powder

For the Build:
6 slices cheddar cheese π§
1 large burger bun π
1 cup crispy French fries π
2 tbsp butter (for toasting the bun)

For the Sauce (Optional):

ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp pickle relish
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Patties:
Divide ground beef into 6 equal portions and flatten into thin patties.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2οΈβ£ Cook the Patties:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each patty for 2-3 minutes per side.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty while still hot to melt.
3οΈβ£ Toast the Bun:
Butter the inside of the bun and toast it in the skillet until golden brown.
4οΈβ£ Stack It Up:
Layer the patties one on top of another between the bun.
Place crispy fries under the burger for an epic presentation.
5οΈβ£ Drizzle with Sauce:
Mix the sauce ingredients and spread it over the top bun for extra flavor! π
