Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles
Tender Slow-Cooked Beef in a Savory Gravy Over Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks 🥩
- 1 small onion, diced 🧅
- 3 cups beef broth 🥣
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
- 12 oz egg noodles 🍜
- 2 tablespoons butter 🧈

Directions:
- Place beef tips in the crockpot and add diced onions.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and gravy mix. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot. Cook for an additional 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then toss with butter.
- Serve the beef tips over the buttered noodles and enjoy!
