Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles
Tender Slow-Cooked Beef in a Savory Gravy Over Egg Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks 🥩
  • 1 small onion, diced 🧅
  • 3 cups beef broth 🥣
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
  • 12 oz egg noodles 🍜
  • 2 tablespoons butter 🧈

Directions:

  1. Place beef tips in the crockpot and add diced onions.
  2. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and gravy mix. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot. Cook for an additional 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then toss with butter.
  6. Serve the beef tips over the buttered noodles and enjoy!
