Grilled Chicken & Shrimp with Garlic Cream Sauce 🍽️
A perfect blend of smoky grilled chicken, juicy shrimp, and creamy garlic sauce served over fragrant rice—this dish is pure indulgence!
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken & Shrimp: Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss the shrimp with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken & Shrimp: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, grill the shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve: Place cooked rice on a plate, top with grilled chicken and shrimp, then drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra zest.
