Ingredients:
For the Pound Cake:
1Β½ cups unsalted butter, softened
2ΒΎ cups granulated sugar
6 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
Β½ tsp baking powder
ΒΌ tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Sauce:
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
Β½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
Β½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Pound Cake:
Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Set aside.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Cake:
Pour half of the pound cake batter into the prepared bundt pan. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the batter, spreading it evenly but avoiding the edges.
Top with the remaining pound cake batter, spreading it to cover the cheesecake layer.
Bake for 75-85 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Make the Strawberry Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine the chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down and the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Serve:
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pound cake. Serve slices of the cake with a generous spoonful of strawberry sauce on top.
