Ingredients:
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups (250g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips
1 cup (180g) candy-coated chocolate pieces, divided

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder, then gently fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and half of the candy-coated chocolate pieces.
Pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining candy-coated chocolate pieces on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Decoration Tips:
For an extra festive look, press additional candy-coated chocolate pieces onto the brownies as soon as they come out of the oven while still warm.
Drizzle with melted chocolate or white chocolate for added texture and sweetness.
Serve on a colorful platter to highlight the vibrant candy colors.
