No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake 🍰💖

Ingredients:

For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/4 cup orange gelatin (Jell-O)
1 teaspoon orange extract

Directions:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice, orange zest, orange gelatin, and orange extract. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Garnish with extra orange zest, whipped cream, or white chocolate shavings before serving.
