Ingredients
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon butter (for basting)
For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tablespoons butter


3 cloves garlic, minced
Β½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Buttery Dipping Sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Β½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
1️⃣ Prepare & Cook the Steak:

Pat the steaks dry and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side (medium-rare) or until desired doneness.
In the last minute, add butter and baste the steak. Remove and let rest.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautΓ©ing for 30 seconds.
Toss in shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
Finish with lemon juice and remove from heat.
3️⃣ Make the Buttery Dipping Sauce:

Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
4️⃣ Serve & Garnish:

Plate the steak with shrimp on the side.
Drizzle extra garlic butter over the shrimp and serve with the dipping sauce.
