Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cake Base:
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup milk


For the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup dark chocolate (melted)
1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp warm water (dissolved)
For the Milk Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup milk chocolate (melted)
1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp warm water (dissolved)
For the White Chocolate Mousse:
1 cup white chocolate (melted)
1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp warm water (dissolved)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Base:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then bake in a greased pan for 20–25 minutes.
Let it cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Dark Chocolate Mousse:

Melt dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
Mix dissolved gelatin with the melted chocolate, then fold in whipped cream.
Spread over the cooled cake base and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Make the Milk Chocolate Mousse:

Repeat the same process with milk chocolate, gelatin, and whipped cream.
Spread over the dark chocolate layer and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Make the White Chocolate Mousse:

Repeat the same process with white chocolate, gelatin, and whipped cream.
Spread over the milk chocolate layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
