Ingredients:
🛒 For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes 🥩
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
🛒 For the Roasted Potatoes:

1 lb baby potatoes, halved 🥔
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried thyme
🛒 For the Mushrooms & Onions:
1 cup cremini or button mushrooms, sliced 🍄
½ red onion, sliced
1 tbsp butter 🧈
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter and garlic, tossing for another minute. Remove from heat.
3️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms & Onions:
In the same pan, melt butter and add mushrooms and onions.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Arrange roasted potatoes on a plate, top with steak bites, and spoon over the mushroom-onion mixture.
Garnish with fresh herbs and extra butter for an indulgent touch.
