Rigatoni Bolognese 🍝🧀
Ingredients:
✅ For the Sauce:
🔹 1 lb ground beef 🥩
🔹 1 small onion (chopped) 🧅
🔹 3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
🔹 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes 🍅
🔹 2 tbsp tomato paste
🔹 1 tsp dried oregano
🔹 1 tsp dried basil 🌿
🔹 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
🔹 Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂
🔹 1/2 cup beef broth
🔹 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
🔹 1 tbsp olive oil

✅ For the Pasta:
🔹 12 oz rigatoni pasta 🍝
🔹 Water for boiling
🔹 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta: Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions & garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3️⃣ Simmer: Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Combine: Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and mix well.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Enjoy with garlic bread and a cold drink! 🍻
