✨ Lemon Carlota 🍋
👵🏼Ingredients👵🏼
• 🍋 8 medium lemons (juice)
• 🥛 1 can of evaporated milk (381 ml)
• 🥛 ½ can of condensed milk (200 g)
• 🥛 1 can half -cream (225 g)
• 🍪 2 Maria cookie packages (400 g)
• 🌿 2 CDTA. cinnamon

👵🏼Preparación👵🏼
1️⃣ Prepare lemon cream:
• Squeeze the 8 lemons to get your juice.
• In a bowl, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk and half cream.
• Add the lemon juice little by little and mix until it thickens. (You can use a blender or beat by hand).
2️⃣ Arm the Carlota:
• In a refractory mold, place a layer of Maria cookies.
• Pour a layer of lemon cream on cookies.
• Repeat the process until you finish with a layer of cream.
3️⃣ Refrigera:
• Take the freezer for 30 minutes or, if you have more time, leave it in the refrigerator all night.
4️⃣ Decorate and serve:
• Sprinkle cinnamon powder on the final layer.
• For a special presentation, cut individual portions and decorate with rose -shaped lemon peel.
