Air Fryer Honey Garlic Steak Sweet Pepper Bites

Air Fryer Honey Garlic Steak Sweet Pepper Bites
Ingredients:

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup mini sweet peppers, sliced into rings

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thicker sauce)

Sesame seeds and green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Prep Guide:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix in cornstarch.

Add the steak bites to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour for more flavor).

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Place the marinated steak bites and sweet pepper rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the peppers are tender.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately as an appetizer or over rice for a full meal.
