Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Cook the Broccoli:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch them for 2-3 minutes, until they turn bright green and are tender yet crisp. Drain and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the heavy cream. Add the minced garlic and let it simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish the Sauce:
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, whisking until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Assemble the Bowls:
Divide the broccoli between serving bowls, top with sliced grilled chicken, and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
