A feast for seafood lovers! These juicy, smoky lobster tails are bathed in a rich garlic herb butter sauce that melts right into every bite. Perfect for a special occasion or when you just want to treat yourself!

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster: Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell for a butterfly effect. Brush lightly with olive oil.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Herb Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3️⃣ Grill the Lobster: Preheat a grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter mixture. Place them shell-side down on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, basting occasionally, until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter sauce on the side.
