Pineapple chicken and rice 🍍 Po
Ingredients :
1 pound cubed chicken breast
1 tasse d’anananas en cube
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 red pepper, cut into cubes
1 cup of jasmine rice
2 cups of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.


In the same pan, add onion, garlic and paprika. Cook until veggies are tender.


Add the pineapple and cook for an additional 2 mins.


Stir rice with jasmine, chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper. Bring it to the boil.


Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until rice is cooked through.


Return the chicken to the pan, mix well and heat.


Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
