Skillet Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Crispy Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and potatoes, cooking for 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
