For the Beef Bites:
1 1/2 lbs beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Roasted Potatoes:
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef bites and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and stir until fragrant.
Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the beef, then sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat.

Cook for 1-2 more minutes until beef is tender and coated in garlic butter.
Garnish beef and potatoes with fresh parsley before serving.
Serve the beef bites and potatoes on a white plate to highlight the rich colors.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a bright and fresh contrast.
Drizzle a bit of extra melted butter over the potatoes before serving for a glossy, appetizing finish.
Arrange the beef and potatoes neatly on the plate for an elegant presentation.
A sprinkle of flaky sea salt just before serving enhances texture and flavor.
