Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble the Skewers:
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the Skewers:
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Cook the skewers for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve:
Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

Tips:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
Pair with a side of garlic bread, salad, or a creamy dipping sauce like garlic aioli for a complete meal.
