Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
For the Garlic Herb Butter:
4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) or set broiler to high.
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center.
Gently pull the lobster meat out, resting it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Herb Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
3️⃣ Broil the Lobster:
Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Brush with half of the garlic herb butter.
Broil for 8-10 minutes, basting with more butter halfway through, until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Drizzle the remaining garlic herb butter over the cooked lobster.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges!
