Rigatoni Bolognese ๐๐ง
Ingredients:

For the Sauce:
๐น 1 lb ground beef ๐ฅฉ
๐น 1 small onion (chopped) ๐ง
๐น 3 cloves garlic (minced) ๐ง
๐น 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes ๐
๐น 2 tbsp tomato paste
๐น 1 tsp dried oregano
๐น 1 tsp dried basil ๐ฟ
๐น 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

๐น Salt & black pepper to taste ๐ง
๐น 1/2 cup beef broth
๐น 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง
๐น 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Pasta:
๐น 12 oz rigatoni pasta ๐
๐น Water for boiling
๐น 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Cook the Pasta: Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil in a pan, sautรฉ onions & garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

3๏ธโฃ Simmer: Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
4๏ธโฃ Combine: Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and mix well.
5๏ธโฃ Garnish & Serve: Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Enjoy with garlic bread and a cold drink! ๐ป
