1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

1 medium potato, diced
½ cup bell peppers (red & green), sliced
½ small onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
🍽️ Step by Step:

1️⃣ Cook the Spicy Garlic Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Toss chicken chunks with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
2️⃣ Roast the Brussels Sprouts:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and slightly charred.
3️⃣ Sauté the Potatoes & Peppers:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
