Strawberry Sensation Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
- Start by tossing your lovely sliced strawberries with 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl. Let them sit for about 30 minutes. This allows them to get all juicy and delicious, making the flavor pop!
- While the strawberries are working their magic, grab another bowl. Whisk together the heavy cream, the remaining sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until it’s all well blended.
- Once your strawberries are nice and juicy, puree them along with their juices until smooth. Then, fold this strawberry goodness into your cream mixture.
- Time to churn! Pour your mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it up according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- After churning, transfer your scrumptious ice cream into a suitable container and let it freeze for at least four hours or until itβs firm enough to scoop.
