Triple Berry Freezer-Prep Smoothie Recipe ππ«π
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries π
1/2 cup frozen blueberries π«
1/2 cup frozen raspberries π
1 ripe banana π (optional for added creaminess)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber and omega-3s) π±
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt (for protein and creaminess) π¦
1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of choice π₯

Instructions:

- Prepare Freezer Packs:
In a freezer-safe bag or container, combine the frozen strawberries π, blueberries π«, and raspberries π.
