Tender, juicy scallops baked in a rich garlic butter sauce with a golden sear—simple, elegant, and full of flavor!
Ingredients:
1 lb large sea scallops
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat scallops dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice.
3️⃣ Coat & Bake:
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the scallops, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until scallops are opaque and tender.
4️⃣ Broil for a Golden Top (Optional):
Turn the oven to broil for 2-3 minutes to achieve a lightly crisp, golden top.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
