Ingredients 🛒
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp butter (for grilling)
For the Shrimp:
½ lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
½ tbsp lemon juice
For the Alfredo Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions 👩🍳
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat.
Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Sear for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), adding butter in the last minute.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic, shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
Stir in lemon juice, then set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5️⃣ Combine & Serve:
Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
Plate with sliced steak and shrimp on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
