Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
4 ears of corn, husked
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the grill or oven:
For grilling: Preheat the grill to medium heat.
For baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
Prepare the garlic butter:

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Coat the corn:
Brush each ear of corn generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Cook the corn:
Grill: Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Oven: Place the corn on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Add the cheese:
Sprinkle the corn with Parmesan and cheddar cheese while it’s hot so it melts.
Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
