Creamy Mustard Chicken with Crispy French Fries

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
French fries, for serving
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Add fresh thyme and parsley to the sauce, then return the chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Serve the chicken breasts with a generous amount of creamy mustard sauce alongside crispy French fries.
