Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta shells and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak cubes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
Stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg (if using).
Continue stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine & Serve:
Add the cooked pasta shells to the Parmesan sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Plate the creamy pasta and top with the garlic butter steak bites.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
