1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
For the Parmesan Garlic Butter:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Salt, to taste
Instructions

- Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Pizza Rolls Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface into a rectangle shape.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough up tightly from one edge to the other, forming a log.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces (about 12-14 rolls, depending on the size of the dough).
Arrange the pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. - Make the Parmesan Garlic Butter In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.
Stir in the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt.
Brush the garlic-Parmesan butter generously over the top of the pizza rolls, making sure to coat them evenly. - Bake the Pizza Rolls Bake the pizza rolls in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on top.
Halfway through baking, you can brush more garlic butter on top of the rolls for extra flavor if desired. - Serve & Enjoy Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
Serve with pizza sauce on the side for dipping, and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
