đŚ Seared Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter Sauce đâ¨
A decadent seafood dish with perfectly seared lobster tails and a rich, buttery sauce!
đ Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
4 lobster tails (split in half)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
đ˝ď¸ Directions:

1ď¸âŁ Prepare the Lobster:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail and pull the meat up slightly.
Brush with melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
2ď¸âŁ Sear the Lobster:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Place the lobster tails flesh-side down and sear for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for another 5-7 minutes until opaque and tender.
3ď¸âŁ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sautĂŠ garlic for 30 seconds.
Add white wine and let it reduce for 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick and creamy.
4ď¸âŁ Assemble & Serve:
Plate the lobster tails and drizzle generously with the garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with fresh chives and serve with lemon wedges.
