Ingredients:
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top.
- Spread half the ricotta mixture, followed by half the remaining marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layers: noodles, ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
