Ingredients:

1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1/4 cup beef broth 🍲
For the Sandwich:

4 large slices of crusty bread 🍞
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
Instructions:

Cook the Beef Topping:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, until soft.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the beef broth and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the mixture to simmer and thicken slightly.
Toast the Bread:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy.
Assemble the Sandwich:

Spoon the cooked beef mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.
Top generously with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Melt the Cheese:

Place the sandwiches back in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
