Creamy Garlic Butter Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup chicken broth
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts on both sides with paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over them. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm over pasta, rice, or with a side of vegetables.
