Experience a mouthwatering combination of juicy steak and tender shrimp smothered in heavenly garlic butter sauce! Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or impressing guests on a special occasion.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:

- Start by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add in the steak cubes in a single layer. Allow them to sear for approximately 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are beautifully browned on all sides. After cooking, transfer the steak to a plate to keep it warm.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, just until it becomes fragrant.
- Now, it’s time to introduce the shrimp to the skillet. Sprinkle the shrimp with paprika and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, return the seared steak bites to the skillet along with the shrimp.
- Drizzle in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Season generously with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir the mixture well and allow it to cook together for an additional 2 minutes, letting all the impressive flavors blend.
- Finally, transfer this delicious feast to a serving platter and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color. Serve hot and enjoy it alongside fluffy rice, creamy mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
