Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Surf & Turf Platter 🥩🦐
A rich and flavorful surf & turf meal with juicy steak and garlicky shrimp!

📝 Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce:
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


🍽️ Directions:


1️⃣ Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter and minced garlic, toss the steak for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh parsley.


2️⃣ Cook the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
Heat butter and olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sautĂŠ for 30 seconds.
Toss in shrimp, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.


3️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley.


4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Arrange steak bites and shrimp on a serving board or plate.
Serve with garlic butter sauce for dipping.
Enjoy with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, or a side of greens!
