Gigantic Double Cheeseburger:
Ingredients:
For the Burger Patties:
2 lbs ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat) π
Salt and pepper to taste π§
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce πΆ
For the Toppings:
4 slices cheddar cheese π§
6-8 slices of crispy bacon π₯
4 pickles (sliced) π₯
Ketchup and mustard (optional) π
For the Burger Bun:
4 brioche burger buns π
Instructions:
Prepare the Patties:

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
Shape the ground beef into 4 large patties. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce on both sides.
Grill or cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
Prepare the Bacon:
In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Burger:
Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in the skillet until golden.
On the bottom bun, add one patty, then a slice of crispy bacon, and top with pickles. Repeat with the second patty, another slice of bacon, and more pickles.
Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun, then close the burger.
Serve:
Serve immediately with fries or your favorite side! π
