Low Carb Sheet Pan Pizza recipe

Ingredients:

Crust:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz cream cheese
¾ cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon baking powder (for a fluffier texture)
Toppings:
½ cup low-carb pizza sauce (look for one with no added sugar)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoni slices (or preferred toppings)
¼ cup cooked crumbled sausage (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley (chopped)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Crust
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Make the Crust
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in 30-second intervals until smooth.
    Stir in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and baking powder.
    Knead the dough until well combined (use a silicone spatula if it’s sticky).
    Roll out the dough into a thin, even layer on your sheet pan.
  3. Prebake the Crust
    Bake for 7–10 minutes or until slightly golden.
  4. Add Toppings
    Spread low-carb pizza sauce over the crust.
    Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly.
    Add pepperoni, sausage, or any other toppings.
  5. Bake Again
    Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
  6. Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley.
    Let cool slightly, slice into squares, and enjoy! 🍕
