📝 Ingredients:

For the Grilled Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the Salad:
2 cups mixed lettuce
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
1/4 cup kalamata olives
1/2 mango, diced (for a sweet twist)
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
For the Rice:
1 cup cooked basmati or jasmine rice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Juice of 1/2 lemon
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Coat the chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
2️⃣ Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt.
Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.
3️⃣ Season the Rice:

Toss the cooked rice with olive oil, dried oregano, and lemon juice for extra flavor.
