QUARTER MARBLE CHOCOLATE – VANILLA
Ingredients (for 6 to 8 portions)
200 g of soft butter
200g of sugar
200 gm of flour
4 eggs
1 bag of chemical yeast
1 c. à c. vanilla extract
100g of melted dark chocolate
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, whip soft butter with sugar until it gets a creamy texture.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporating flour and chemical yeast gradually.
- Divide the dough into equal parts.
- Add vanilla extract in half and melted chocolate in the other.
- Pour the pasta alternately in a buttered mold to create the marbled effect.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
- Letting cool before de-molding and enjoying.

Tip
Serve with a chocolate coulis or custard for even more deliciousness.
