QUARTER MARBLE CHOCOLATE – VANILLA

Ingredients (for 6 to 8 portions)
200 g of soft butter
200g of sugar
200 gm of flour
4 eggs
1 bag of chemical yeast
1 c. à c. vanilla extract
100g of melted dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, whip soft butter with sugar until it gets a creamy texture.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Incorporating flour and chemical yeast gradually.
  5. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  6. Add vanilla extract in half and melted chocolate in the other.
  7. Pour the pasta alternately in a buttered mold to create the marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
  9. Letting cool before de-molding and enjoying.

Tip
Serve with a chocolate coulis or custard for even more deliciousness.
